Please ensure you are double checking and confirming your order is correct before checking out.
Due to covid, we currently do not offer returns or refunds. However, if you received an incorrect or defective order please contact within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please include your order number in the subject line along with the word "Returns" and a brief description of your inquiry. If your purchase was received defective, or you received the wrong item please include a photo of your purchase showing said defects or damages. One of our customer service representatives will be in contact with you within 72 hours. If you are contacting customer support on a weekend, customer service will be back in office on the following Monday to attend to your inquiries.
Zsazsa Home is not responsible for return shipping fees.

We would be unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.

If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the processing from the date of purchase. This does not include delivery time.
Please note, processing times do not include shipping times.
